What does a player need to play soccer?

Each player needs to provide their own soccer shoes (cleats) and shin pads. Our club will provide a team jersey, shorts and socks.

Kidsport Funding

To apply for funding to help pay for your child’s fees, go to www.kidsportcanada.ca, click “Find a Chapter”, choose Kelowna, and follow the instructions.

When will I hear from my child’s coach?

You will hear from your child’s coach the first week of April. At this time he/she will inform you of your practice time/field and game day/time.

When does the season start/end?

The season starts mid-April. The date fields open depends on field conditions and is determined by the City and the Schoolboard.

All divisions with the exception of U5 and U18 play from mid-April into the fall (September/October depending on division), breaking for the months of July and August.

For the U5 and U18 divisions the season ends at the end of June.

When are the practices and games?

With the exception of U5 & U18, each team will practice one night per week with a local game on Saturday.

The U5 division will have a practice and mini game one night per week (Tuesday) and the U18 division has two games per week, no practices — U18 girls will play on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. U18 boys will play on Monday and Wednesday evenings.

* Practices are Traditionally 5pm for U5 and 5pm or 6pm for other divisions, dependent upon field allocations and coach availability

What is the Fee Structure

Season Registration Closes January 31st, 2023. 

Registration not guaranteed. If accepted, then refund policy below followed.

2023 Fees:

  • U5 = $150
  • U6 = $175
  • U7 to U18 = $200
  • Family Discount. Maximum $475 / family. Not including late fees.

2023 Refund Policy:

A written notification directly to OMYSA Admin by email administrator@okmissionsoccer.com is required for any refund. Registration fees are subject to a $30.00 (non-refundable) administration fee. There are no refunds once the program has started.
