OMYSA is excited to announce that the long discussed and highly anticipated OMYSA merger with Kelowna United was approved at our AGM on Nov 8th and will be finalized in December 2023.
The new Kelowna United Football Club (KUFC) will be a dynamic ‘super club’ that will be the largest in the Okanagan.
The New Club will offer programming from U5 to U18 with a House Division, Development Division, Select and with a subsequent merger with Thompson Okanagan FC which is tabled for December 2023 a BC Soccer Premier League Division.
Kelowna United owns and operates two leading indoor facilities (Mission & Rutland Soccer Domes) and feature year-round integrated coaching, training, and programing from grassroots to high-performance. We are excited to be working with our community and more importantly a chance for our soccer families to share even more memorable youth sport moments as we build an incredible new club together.
