The duties of our Current OMYSA Executive will end with our Annual General Meeting taking place on Wednesday, NOVEMBER 8th, 2023.
The OMYSA AGM will be held at the Capital News Centre in the large conference room upstairs from 5:30pm – 7:00pm for the purposes of:
– Election of officers for the board- Review financial statements
– Consider and if amenable, approve bylaw amendments
– Consider and approve the merger of OMYSA with Kelowna United FC & Thompson Okanagan FC.
– Transact other business as may properly be brought before the meeting
Board members are expected to attend monthly board meetings, volunteer in the day to day running of club programs as well as performing the duties of their designated position.
